Viewings Package: You need not to worry. We will book a flight for you according to your available dates of travel, provide to come pick you up at the Pescara airport, take you to the hotel that we booked for you (, take you around for property viewings and take you back to the airport to catch your flight home. These packages can be a 2 day/3 night stay or 7 day/6 nights stay.Price upon request.

 

After the consultation we will show you the properties that you wish to view by bringing you to each of them for a viewing. Once you decide to buy we will guide you through the entire process starting with the Italian tax number (codice fiscale), to opening a bank account in Italy, to the purchase proposal, to the preliminary sales contract, throughout all necessary documentation and translations, up until the final deed. All you have to do is get ready to be the new owner of the house you chose.

Base Services: Sweet Italy Estates welcomes you to Italy. We offer a consultation meeting in our office before your visit to the properties in your interest. We want to be sure that you understand the whole purchase procedure.

This service helps you take care of your mail sent to your Italian home. We give you the opportunity to have your mail sent to us. We scan it and e-mail it to you. This way you can check your bills and communications. We save the paper copies and give them to you when you come to Italy.You will basically have your personal Post Man.

Sweet Italy's Secretary:

You are in your home land and have no way of running errands for the property you purchased in Italy. Sweet Italy's Secretary will be your own personal secretary that will help you carry out all that needs to be taken care of, even if you are away from Italy. This could be paying your bills, in case of renovations will update you on work progress, running errands, checking your home periodically, etc.

Have you purchased a home that requires renovations? Do not worry. Sweet Italy's Architect will take care of your new renovation plans. And not only, he will also take care of job supervision and Health & Safety procedures.

We also have an interior decorator in caseyou want to have your home designed in a particular way.

You have bought a property and will only come for Holidays. Why not rent? We will provide to hold on to your keys, send cleaning service before each arrival of the renters, bring them to the house and go check the house once they leave.
